Comfort food to warm up winter mornings

Pancakes have got to be listed as one of the ultimate comfort foods.  They warm you up in the morning, are light, airy and sweet. They can be served up at almost any meal, but are basically considered breakfast or brunch food. They're relatively easy to make, too!

Honey Apple Pancakes just call for a bit of spice and apple juice. Mile High Pancakes are light, airy and tasty. Simply serve with maple syrup - yum!

The importance of whole grains has surged to the forefront in the ongoing discussion and exploration of what makes a healthy diet.  One example of this trend is that many cereal manufacturers have reformulated their products to increase whole grain content or even become 100 % whole grain.
