Golden Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Cinnamon Crumb Mixture:
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 cups Baking Mix
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
Cinnamon Crumb Mixture Combine brown sugar and flour; add cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly; set aside. Cake Cream together butter and eggs. Combine Baking Mix, brown sugar and apple pie spice, blend thoroughly. Add buttermilk alternately with flour mixture. Stir in vanilla. Batter will be thick.
Spoon half the batter into well greased. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon crumb mixture on top of batter. Add remaining batter. Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes. Invert on cake plate. Cool and slice.
