Chicken Pot Pie with baking mix


  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 11 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 24 oz. frozen stew vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 1/2 cups Baking Mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper


Spray 13x9 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray. Combine chicken, soup, vegetables and stock, pour mixture into casserole dish. Blend remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture; do not stir. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
