Cheesecake Fudge Squares

Ingredients:

FIRST LAYER
1 tub MISSISSIPPI MUDDLES
4 eggs
12 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons water
SECOND LAYER
12oz regular cream cheese
8 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
THIRD LAYER
1/2cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini-marshmellows

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Blend ingredients for the FIRST LAYER thorougly and place into greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes. Do not turn off oven.

Blend ingredients for the SECOND LAYER together and beat until smooth and fluffly. Spread layer over the first layer. Continue baking 20 minutes. Do not turn off oven.

Sprinkle ingredients from THIRD LAYER over already baked mixture. Bake for 5 more mintes. Cool completely before cutting.
