1 1/4 cups Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 cups pecans, chopped
Caramel Sauce
1 cup butter
2/3 cup light brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.; Pour 1/4 cup of water on 8 1/2 x 11 inch jelly roll pan to wet the surface thoroughly. Pour off water, leaving about a tablespoon of water (do this in order to keep the foil from sliding). Press a sheet of aluminum foil on pan, covering bottom and sides.
