Fruit Salad Dressing

Serves 12


4 1/2 Tablespoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup whipping cream


Combine cornstarch and sugar in a small bowl and blend well. In a medium saucepan, combine all juices and heat to boiling. Using a wire whisk, slowly add cornstarch mixture to hot juices. Beat eggs in a small bowl and add a little of the hot liquid. Add egg mixture to saucepan.Cook and stir until thickened. Chill quickly (within 4 hours) to below 41 degrees F.; Whip the cream and fold into dressing just before serving.

Serve with fruits.
