Pecan Brownies
Yield: about 3 dozen.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
Combine butter and cocoa in a large mixing bowl, stirring well. Stir in sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla and pecans. Spread batter evenly in two greased 9-inch square baking pans.
Bake at 350`F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut brownies into 1 1/2-inch squares.
