Roslyn's Summer Ribs

2 to 3 slabs pork baby back ribs (about 4 pounds)
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combine salt, garlic powder and pepper; mix well. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of meat rubbing to make sure ribs are seasoned. Allow ribs to stand at room temperature about 25 minutes before grilling. This can be the time that you are getting the coals prepared. Lightly coat a rib rack with vegetable cooking spray. Place ribs in rack. Grill ribs over indirect medium heat until the meat is tender and has pulled away from the bone, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Turn ribs often to brown evenly. Serve with your favorite sauce.
