Crepes for Crepes Suzette

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions:

Combine water, milk, eggs, butter, and half of the flour in an electric mixer and whip for 1 minute. Add remaining flour using a hand whip.
