Holiday Pumpkin Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Pumpkin Bread
- 9 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 ounce vanilla
- 1 quart Scalded Milk
- Raisins
- Cinnamon, Nutmeg as needed
Instructions:
Cube bread. Mix together the eggs, sugar, vanilla until thoroughly combined. Gradually mix in hot milk to make a custard mixture. Pour custard over the cubed bread. Top with raisins, cinnamon and nutmeg
Bake at 350 for 30 -40 minutes
