Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 cube sugar per person
  • Dash bitters per person
  • 6 ounces chilled champagne per person
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions:

Place sugar cube in champagne flute. Soak cube in bitters for 1-2 minutes. Pour champagne over prepared glass. Garnish with maraschino cherries, if desired.
