Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients:

2 deep dish frozen pastry shells
4 cups fresh blackberries
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar

Instructions:

Bake one pastry shell at 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Add berries, sugar, flour, butter and vanilla. Cut remaining pastry shell into strips. Top assembled cobbler with remaining unbaked pastry strips in lattice fashion. Press ends carefully; trim edges and flute. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F.; bake 45 minutes or until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
