Super Summer Slaw


  • 1 package Cole Slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 (8-ounce) bottle Cole Slaw Dressing, chilled
  • Salt
  • Black pepper


Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Yield: 4 servings
