Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C. yellow onion, small diced
- 1Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 7 strips of very crisp bacon
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 Cup vinegar (red wine, rice, or white)
- 2-2/3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch
Instructions:
Sauté onion in 1 olive oil. Add crumbled bacon. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve warm over salad greens.
