4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 pieces of prosciutto
4 fresh sage leaves
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Place a sage leaf on top of each chicken breast and wrap with a piece of prosciutto. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan on med/high heat and add chicken breasts, searing until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from pan and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Place in a 350 degree preheated oven and bake until chicken reaches 165 degrees or juices run clear.
