Honey Mustard Bourbon Glaze
- One (8-ounce) container honey
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons bourbon whiskey
- One (10-12 pound) cooked ham
Combine mustard, honey, jelly and bourbon in a small sauce pan. Heat over low flame until jelly is melted, stirring frequently. Baste or Glaze ham using a brush. Can be served warm as a sauce too.
Yield: 2 cups
