Spicy Chili Dip
- 1 lb. italian sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 lb. package velveeta cheese or other pasteurized cheese
- 1 10 oz. can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 small can chili w/no beans
In a saucepan, brown sausage and onion. Drain grease and add seasonings; pour in tomatoes with chiles and chili. Heat until almost boiling.
Cut cheese into chunks and place in pan to melt. Stir mixture constantly until cheese is melted and all ingredients are combined.
Serve hot, immediately, or place in crockpot on low heat to keep warm.
