Mocha Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons butter 2-2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa Dash of Salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 or 5 tablespoons strong cold coffee

Instructions:

1. Cream butter until soft. 2. Gradually add sugar, cocoa, and salt mixture alternately with coffee and vanilla, beating until smooth. Add enough coffee for proper consistency to spread
