Mocha Frosting


4 tablespoons butter 2-2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa Dash of Salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 or 5 tablespoons strong cold coffee


1. Cream butter until soft. 2. Gradually add sugar, cocoa, and salt mixture alternately with coffee and vanilla, beating until smooth. Add enough coffee for proper consistency to spread
