1 lb. ground beef
2 cups tomato juice
1 large sauerkraut
1 cup brown sugar
dash of salt
Brown onion and ground beef; drain. Mix brown sugar, kraut and ground beef. Put in baking dish. Pour tomato juice over the top.
Bake in a preheated 350° F. oven for 1 hour.
