Honey Orange Glazed Ham

5 to 10 lb. Ham
Whole cloves
6 oz. can orange juice concentrate (frozen)
2 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. Clabber Girl Corn Starch
2 oranges (cut into wedges)

Ham Preparation: With a sharp knife, score the top of ham by cutting 1/4-inch deep cuts across top, spacing cuts about 1-inch apart. Stud ham with cloves. Bake according to directions on wrapper or directions on oven roasting bags if that is your cooking preference.

Glaze Preparation: While ham is baking, prepare glaze. In a saucepan combine orange juice, water, honey, mustard, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; stir until mixed well. Take out 1/2 c. of mixture and mix in Clabber Girl Corn Starch until it is dissolved, then pour back into saucepan. Heat on medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil glaze for 2 minutes; allow cooling.

When ham is almost done (last half hour of cooking), remove wrapper or cover. Brush about half of glaze on ham and finish baking according to directions. Serve the rest of glaze with the finished, sliced ham and garnish with orange wedges.
