Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons crushed butterscotch candy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar and Clabber Girl Cornstarch. Add milk in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Turn heat to medium and begin to cook, stirring in butterscotch candy and butter. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into serving dish(es)
Yield: 4 servings
