Cream Drop Biscuits

Makes 24 small biscuits.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 3 teaspoons Rumford Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Sift dry ingredients together.

2. Combine cream and milk.

3. Add flour to cream mixture and stir well until all the flour is dampenend and forms a soft dough.

4. Drop from a teaspoon on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a hot oven (450° F.) 12-14 minutes.
