Blueberry Quick Bread


1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel


In a mixing bowl, beat egg; stir in oil, milk and blueberries. Mix in balance of ingredients and stir just until moist. Pour into greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F. for appoximately 60 minutes.
