Super Snack Hot Spinach Dip


  • 1 9 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 1 8 oz. pkg light cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 2 oz. jar sliced drained pimiento


In 1 quart casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well.

Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 min or until hot, stirring twice during cookings. Serve immediately with crackers and fresh veggie dippers.
