Super Snack Hot Spinach Dip
- 1 9 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
- 1 8 oz. pkg light cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 2 oz. jar sliced drained pimiento
In 1 quart casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 min or until hot, stirring twice during cookings. Serve immediately with crackers and fresh veggie dippers.
