Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons Clabber Girl Cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons crushed butterscotch candy
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, stir together brown sugar and cornstarch. Add milk
in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Turn heat to medium and begin to
cook, stirring in butterscotch candy and butter. Cook, stirring constantly,
until mixture reaches a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Pour into serving dish(es)
Yield: 4 servings
