2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 Tbs Rumford Corn Starch

Instructions

juice, water, honey, mustard, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir until mixed
well. Take out 1/2 cup of mixture and mix in corn starch until it is dissolved,
then pour back into saucepan. Heat on medium heat stirring constantly until
mixture boils. boil for 2 minutes; cool.
TO COOK HAM: With a sharp knife, score the top of ham by cutting 1/4-inch deep cuts across top, spacing cuts about 1 inch apart. Stud with cloves. Bake according to directions on ham wrapper, or directions on oven roasting bags if that is your cooking preference.
When ham is almost done - last half hour of
cooking, remove wrapper or cover. Brush about half of glaze on ham and finish
baking. Serve the rest of glaze with the finished, sliced ham, garnish with
orange wedges.
