Chocolate Chip Cookies (printable)
Ingredients

2 cups softened butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 cups Clabber Girl Multi-Purpose Mix
18 oz. chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy; beat in eggs; gradually add baking mix and blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungresed cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Yield: 6-8 dozen cookies
