Apple Streusel Cake (printable)
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Clabber Girl Baking Mix
2/3 cups sugar
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups sliced peeled apples
(about 2 medium)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup boiling water

Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F. Mix Clabber Girl Baking Mix and sugar in medium bowl. Stir in milk. Pour into ungreased 9x9x2 pan. Top with apples; sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour boiling water over apples. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
