Crabmeat Supreme

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 cups chopped onion
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 cup fresh parsley, snipped
2 Tbsp. chives, snipped (divided)
2 tsp. seafood seasoning (divided)
2 oz. jar diced pimentos (divided)
1 egg, well beaten
1 can (14.75 oz.) cream style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 1/2 cups Clabber Girl Baking Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Grease a 9x13-inch baking
dish; set aside.
In a large skillet saute onion in hot butter until
tender. Stir in crab, parsley, 1 Tbsp. chives, 1 tsp.
seafood seasoning and 1/2 jar pimentos. In a bowl mix
together egg, corn, sour cream and cheese. Stir in baking
mix until just moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold
in crab mixture.
Turn into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread evenly
to edges. Top mixture with remaining pimentos, chives
and seafood seasoning. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut
into squares.
