Culinary Courses

Clabber Girl Culinary Courses bring people together.  The culinary classroom is a great place for making connections with colleagues, clients, and management teams.  Creating good food as a group becomes a recipe for great fun with each added ingredient.  The collaborative cooking experience builds and renews relationships for all types of groups.

Each course is designed to boost creativity and morale.  Our classroom is the perfect setting for groups to build camaraderie, and in our courses, learning about food is a dynamic group exercise.  The delicious foods that your group creates serve as the focus for appreciating individual skills, working toward a common goal, and sharing responsibility.  Working together on a meal requires open communication, cooperation and collective leadership. 

At Clabber Girl we are enthusiastic about initiating memorable cooking experiences with our clients.  Courses are held in our Classroom Kitchen and after the meal is prepared, everyone shares the feast like old friends celebrating a special occasion. 

We work with groups to accommodate your goals and budget.  Whether it is an interactive staff meeting, a client celebration, or just a group of friends getting together for the evening, we work with you to design the perfect cooking event.  We can accommodate groups up to 21 people and can do events any time of day, six days a week.

Here is how it works…

Book a date:

Private classes are held Monday thru Saturday, any time of day.  In order to assure we have time to make your event spectacular, please make reservations at least two weeks in advance.

Choose a cuisine:

Our staff has designed a selection of cuisine choices that can fit any occasion, each demonstrating the freshest food of the season.  Work with our staff to create a custom menu to enhance the evening.

Enjoy the Experience:

Learn how good food makes great fun!  Our chefs work directly with you, demonstrating techniques, answering questions, and teaching new skills.  After about an hour of collaborative cooking, the meal is finished and served to you and your guests.  Sit back, relax, and enjoy your meal.  Don’t worry, clean up is on us!
