Artisan Cheesecake Gelato

Pour milk and vanilla into 12-quart mixer bowl.

Using wire whip, gradually pour in contents of No-Bake Cheesecake Mix, mixing on medium speed 1 minute.

Scrape down sides and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into large covered container and freeze overnight.

Scoop 1/2-cup into serving cup. Garnish as desired.

For soft serve gelato, serve immediately. For firmer gelato, place in a covered container in freezer. Freeze until firm, 6 to 8 hours.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Ice Cream Maker Time: about 30 minutes

Freezer Time: 8 to 12 hours

  • 3 qt. whole milk
  • 3 tbsp. vanilla extract 1.8 oz.
