Caramel Toffee Cheesecake

Royal® Cheesecake Mix is topped with caramel and toffee in this tasty dessert that is sure to please.


  • 3/4 c. caramel topping
  • 6 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts or chocolate pie crust, prepared
  • 4 lb. Royal Cheesecake Mix
  • 3 c. toffee bits divided
  • 3 qt. milk whole or 2%


1. Mix ROYAL Cheesecake Mix and milk according to package directions. Stir in ¼ cup of toffee pieces for each cheesecake (1 ½ cups for 6 cheesecakes). Portion cheesecake mix evenly over prepared pie crusts.
2. Drizzle 2 T caramel topping over each cheesecake.
3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup toffee pieces over caramel topping of each cheesecake.
4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving.
