Chocolate Cappuccino Pie

Inside this pie you will find a perfect balance of vanilla pudding and crunchy cookies along with a rich cappuccino flavor.


  • 10.7 oz. chocolate sandwhich cookies crushed
  • 64 oz. milk cold
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee
  • 54 oz. whipped topping prepared, for garnish
  • 28 oz. Royal Instant Vanilla Pudding And Pie Filling 1 package


Prepare Filling:

    Place cold milk and coffee granules into mixer bowl.
    Add pudding and pie filling. Mix on medium speed 15 seconds.
    Scrape down sides and bottom of mixer bowl. Mix on medium speed 2 additional minutes.
    Fold in 4 cups prepared whipped topping and 2-1/2 cups crushed sandwich cookies.
    Pour 1.45 pounds of filling into each 9-inch prepared chocolate pie crusts.
    Chill at least 2 hours.
    Garnish each pie with 1 cup whipped topping and approximately 1-1/2 tablespoons crushed sandwich cookies.
    Slice each pie into 10 portions.

* Royal Instant Chocolate Pudding and Pie Filling may be substituted.
