Gelatin Cake

This marbeled looking cake combines white or yellow cake mix and any flavor of Royal® Gelatin. You can mix colors for special holidays and events.



  • Cake 1 1/2 Sheet Pan (Yellow Cake)
  • 24 oz. gelatin (Flavor of Choice)


1. Prepare white or yellow cake of your choice in a half sheet pan

2. When cake comes out of the oven, piece every half inch with a fork or straw

3. Combine Royal® Gelatin Mix (any flavor) with boiling water, stir until dissolved

4. Pour entire mixture evenly over cake

5. Refrigerate for 3 hours

6. Once cake has chilled, top with whipped topping and cut into serving size pieces

Custom Concepts:

Prepare using any flavor of Royal® Gelatin.

Garnish with colored sprinkles or bite-size candy of choice.

Garnish with whipped cream.
