First Friday Chef's Night, Friday, April 7, 6:00 - 8:30 pm. The theme this month is World Street Food! All dishes this month are served tapas style, small plates to be shared with friends. Download the menu here.

  • Enjoy chef created entrees by Executive Chef, Amanda Shook. Guests can enjoy great food, cash bar, and live music. No reservations necessary.

Spanish Tapas - Thursday, March 30 at 5:30 EDT

Take a journey to Spain! Chef Amanda Shook will teach you to prepare a variety of Spanish Tapas (appetizers and snacks) in this hands-on cooking class. Participants will assist in cooking, enjoy samples of each item prepared, and take home recipes.

Italian Cuisine - Thursday, April 13 - 5:30 EDT

Join Chef Amanda Shook in the Clabber Girl kitchen as she shares some of her favorite authentic Italian recipes. Participants will assist in cooking, enjoy a full meal, and take home recipes of each dish prepared.

Campfire Cooking Class - Thursday, April 27 - 5:30 EDT

Join us at Clabber Girl’s Culinary Classroom as we partner with Vigo County Parks Department for this unique cooking class. Executive Chef Amanda Shook will prepare some simple recipes that you can make at home or over a campfire. Vigo County Parks Department Naturalist, Amber Slaughterbeck, will be on hand to help with the class and answer questions about our Parks Department, camping, and upcoming events. This class will include samples and recipes of all dishes prepared.
