Easy Chocolate Pie

This easy chocolate pie is filled with walnuts and chocolate chips. Serve with whipped cream, cherries or chocolate shavings.


  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 c. butter softened
  • 1/4 c. Clabber Girl Cornstarch
  • 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 9" pie shell
  • 1 c. walnuts chopped
  • whipping cream for topping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.

Combine sugar, eggs, corn syrup, butter or margarine and Clabber Girl Corn Starch. Beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.

Add pie crust to greased pie pan. Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes. Place on cooling rack to cool completely before serving.

May refrigerate up to 2 days.
