Hot Bacon Cheese Dip

This dip is perfect for chips, pretzels and even sweet Hawaiian style bread.


  • 12 slices bacon
  • 8 oz. colby jack cheese or monterey jack, shredded
  • 4 oz. parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl Cornstarch
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1-2 garlic cloves


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook bacon and tear into bite size pieces. Finely chop onion. Mince the clove of garlic. Combine bacon, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, onion, garlic and corn starch in a medium bowl.


Pour mixture into oven safe crock. Place the crock on top of a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
