Brickyard Bloody Mary Garnish

  • 1/4 c. pepper jack cheese cubed
  • 8 bacon slices, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 4 sm. eggs (hard boiled)


Properly wash celery sticks, cut them into about 4 to 6-inch lengths. Peel and cut the hardboiled egg in half. Cut bacon into about 1/2-inch slices. Cut the cheese into about 1/2-inch cubes. All slices should be thick enough to fit on a kabob skewer. Place an egg slice, 2 bacon slices and a cubed cheese on a kabob stick.

Serve the kabob and celery in your favorite drink mix.
