Loaded Potato Chip Dip

Imagine your favorite toppings on a loaded baked potato and convert it to a dip! This dip has great bacon and cheese flavors, perfect for parties.


  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. bacon cooked and chopped


Preheat oven to 450° F. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the sour cream and the cream cheese until completely blended. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the cheddar cheese and bacon into the sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon the uncooked dip into a medium-sized casserole dish. Bake at 450° F. uncovered for 20 minutes, or until dip begins to bubble. Serve with potato chips!
