White Chocolate Frosting

  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tbsp. margarine
  • 3 oz. white chocolate chopped
  • 2 c. confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 c. Clabber Girl Cornstarch


In saucepan, heat milk and margarine until margarine is melted. Add chopped white chocolate and stir. Remove from heat and stir in Clabber Girl Cornstarch.  using an electric mixer, slowly add confectioners' sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency.
