Pecan Sticky Buns (Dough)

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp. Clabber Girl Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 med. eggs beaten


Sift flour, sugar, Clabber Girl Baking Powder and salt together in a mixing bowl. Cut in butter or margarine and shortening until mixture is texture of coarse crumbs. Add milk and eggs; blend just until ingredients are moistened and dough forms. Cover dough and chill at least 1 hour.
