Cornflake Drop Cookies

Get this easy-to-follow recipe for sweet cornflake drop cookies. Simple and delicious, these are a quick cookie with only 8 ingredients.


  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 lg. eggs
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. Rumford Baking Powder
  • 5 c. corn flakes finely crushed
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Cream butter; add sugar and salt gradually and cream until fluffy. Add the eggs and blend well. Stir in flour and Rumford Baking Powder; mix well. Stir in cornflakes and vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from pan while cookies are still hot and place on cooling rack to cool.
