In a large bowl, combine milk, onion, bread crumbs, spices and meat. Mix well with hands. Shape into 1-inch balls.
In a large pan brown meatballs in oil. Meanwhile, in a saucepan bring broth and milk to boil. In a cup mix together the cold water and Clabber Girl Cornstarch; add to broth mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture is thick. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Drain fat from meatballs. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer.
