In a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, whisk together the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add the olive oil and water and turn the machine on low speed until the ingredients are combined. Turn the speed up to medium and kneed for 3-4 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Roll the dough on a lightly floured surface to the desired size and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Add desired sauce and toppings and broil pizza on low for several minutes until the cheese is melted and any toppings are cooked through.
