Honey Oatmeal Cookies

These Sue Bee Honey Oatmeal Cookies are naturally sweet and full of fiber. Make a few dozen to share with the office or to save for your own sweet treat! Mix in raisins or chocolate chips to dough before baking for added flavor!


  • 1/2 c. Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. Clabber Girl Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 2 large baking sheets with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat Sue Bee Honey, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Stir in flour mixture until it is thoroughly blended.
  5. Place spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden around the edges yet soft in the center.
