Skillet Buttermilk Biscuits

These biscuits are warm and flaky and compliment any meal!
Stir together first four ingredients in large bowl. Cut 1/4 c. butter into mixture with pastry cutter until crumbly. Add buttermilk and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Pat to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut dough with 2-1/2-inch round cutter to form 12 biscuits.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add 2 tbsp. butter in 10-inch cast iron skillet; place skillet in oven for 5 minutes until butter melts. Remove skillet from oven and add biscuits. Once biscuits have been placed in skillet, return to oven and continue to bake for 20 minutes, or until golden. Brush hot biscuits with melted butter.
